What is Service Delivery? The American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) defines service delivery as a dynamic concept and change as the needs of the students change (1999, p. 273). As students move through speech language services across time, the service delivery model should be reevaluated and modified to address the unique and changing needs of the student. The one size fits all approach to service delivery is not appropriate (ASHA, 1999). |
