This manual is designed to assist related services personnel who work with students with disabilities. American Recovery and Reinvestment Act OF 2009 (ARRA)
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (PL 111-5) is better known as the “stimulus bill” and was signed into law 2/17/2009). It provides funding for education, health care, research and infrastructure needs. ASHA has developed resources and an analysis on the ARRA funds and ways school-based SLPs could use these funds.
